Laser die cutting machine is a high-precision die making equipment that uses a laser beam to process wooden die boards.
In the early days, patterns were drawn on die boards with pencils or ballpoint pens, and then manually cut using a jigsaw machine. However, as market demand for die boards increased rapidly and higher precision became essential, this traditional cutting method could no longer meet industry requirements.
At this time, laser cutting machines were introduced into the die-making industry. So many die makers called this equipment as the Laser Die Cutting Machine.
Die boards are designed directly on the computer—no manual drawing required.

The design is created in AutoCAD or CorelDRAW and saved in DXF or PLT format. After importing the file into Aolang Laser cutting software and setting the parameters, the machine runs automatically. The entire cutting process is precisely controlled by the system without manual intervention, so cutting accuracy is able to reach ±0.05 mm.

The machine processes the entire board at one time and can operate continuously for 24 hours, which significantly improves production efficiency for die-making factories and helps increase overall economic benefits.
