Protective stretchable sealed film or a standard wooden case packing.

How long to learn operating laser die cutting machine ?

1-2 days. Free online training and operation manual (available in English) were provided. The training includes wiring installation, leveling the machine, laser tube installation, laser die cutting machine operation, software parameters modification, etc.

What maintenance is needed for the laser die cutting machine?

Lens cleaning once a day, reflective mirror and output mirror cleaning twice a week, pure water replacement once a month, and oil replacement once every 3 months.

How long does the laser tube last and how to replace it?

Around 7,000 hours with normal use in die shops. We provide original laser tubes and detailed replacement tutorials (video + document, available in DOWNLOAD section); after-sales engineers can also provide 24-hour online service.

How to solve common faults of lase tube (e.g., weak laser power, cutting deviation)?

First check if the laser tube is clean (clean with alcohol swab if dusty); if cutting deviation occurs, re-calibrate the machine’s guide rail (see the calibration guide in DOWNLOAD section).

What warranty is provided?

One year warranty for the machine excluding consumables like output mirror, reflective mirror, lens. Lifetime software upgrade and technical support.

How to get technical support overseas?

24-hour remote support, on-site service in 3-7 working days for major markets with distributors and agents.
