Cross table laser die cutter adopts a single-mirror design that drastically shortens the laser transmission path, effectively eliminating cutting deviations caused by mirror vibration.
Equipped with an X/Y-axis cross-drive system, it evenly distributes the worktable’s weight to minimize guide rail wear and reduce the frequency of consumable part replacements. This design not only extends the equipment’s service life but also trims long-term operational costs, making it well-suited for industrial high-volume laser cutting tasks that demand both reliability and cost-efficiency.

Auto Following System
When you place 18mm, 20mm, or 22mm plywood on the worktable, our laser die cutter automatically adjusts to the material thickness and starts cutting quickly—eliminating the need for manual calibration and saving setup time. Secondly, if you need to create 1.3pt, 1.5pt, 2pt, 3pt, or 4pt slits on the same die board, you only need to set the desired parameters in the supporting software.

Double Anti-Crash Laser Head
There are two sensors in the laser head for double protection. When you forget to bridge or operate incorrectly, the laser head will automatically stop and alarm.

High-Quality CO₂ Sealed Laser Tube
Aolang Laser uses an advanced CO₂ sealed laser tube, ensuring stable, consistent performance for wooden die board cutting. When processing 18mm plywood (a common material in laser dies production), the 600watts laser die cutter delivers a cutting speed of around 46 meters per hour.
